The session cookie
wv_session is a first-party essential cookie. It contains an opaque session identifier, not your password or credit balance. It is HttpOnly, uses SameSite=Lax, and is Secure when the site is served over HTTPS.
The cookie lasts up to two hours for a guest visit and twelve hours for an account sign-in. Logging out or ending a guest visit removes it. Blocking it prevents authenticated play.
Your storage preference record
wv_preferences stores your acknowledgement of the essential-only storage policy and its version for 90 days. It does not enable optional tracking. You can update or remove this record in Cookie Preferences.
In-game continuity
A wv:round session-storage key can remember the identifier of an interrupted round for the current game and account. This helps the game retry the same request. The authoritative outcome and balance remain on the server.
Game sound and speed settings are stored with your authenticated account. The wv:round key’s :choice suffix and wv:reminder keys in session storage remember unfinished bonus selections and reminder dismissals for the current tab. The wv:effects local-storage setting remembers your reduced-effects choice until you remove it. These preferences do not follow you to other sites.
Optional categories
Analytics, advertising and cross-site personalisation are disabled. There is no reason to accept an optional category to use the games. If optional services are introduced, this policy and the preference controls will be updated before those services are enabled.
Browser controls
Your browser can show and remove stored website data. Removing the session cookie signs you out; it does not delete an account balance stored by the server. Removing temporary guest storage may end access to that guest visit.
