Information you provide
Registration asks for your email, screen name, password, date of birth and UK adult eligibility declaration. Passwords are stored as salted one-way hashes. Support requests contain your reply email, chosen topic and message.
Please do not send payment information, identity documents, passwords or unnecessary sensitive information through support. We do not ask for payment details because there is nothing to buy.
Activity and preferences
The server records account sessions, game identifiers, round results, credit changes, selected favourites, Reel Passport choices and game preferences. These records keep balances consistent, allow interrupted rounds to be recovered and make account tools work.
Guest visits use temporary session state and are separate from account data. Essential technical information, including request timing and connection address, may be used to limit abusive requests and investigate errors.
Why we use it
We use account and game data to provide the service you request; eligibility information to enforce the club’s adult UK boundary; security information to protect access; and support details to respond to your enquiry.
Optional analytics and advertising are off. We do not sell personal information or publish account credit activity as a social feed. Your passport and favourites belong to your account.
Storage and retention
Guest sessions expire after two hours; registered sign-in sessions expire after twelve hours. Account information and recorded play remain available while the account is maintained, subject to justified retention for security and requests.
Support messages are removed by the retention task after 90 days. Password recovery links expire after 30 minutes and can be used once. Necessary retention after a closure request is limited to what is needed for security, dispute handling or applicable obligations.
Service providers and security
Technical service providers may process data necessary to host and maintain the club or deliver requested email. Access should be limited to the relevant service purpose. We use secure session controls and server-side authorisation for account actions.
No system can promise absolute security. Use a password you do not use elsewhere and report suspicious account activity through Support.
Your choices and requests
You may ask to access, correct or delete your information, or raise a privacy concern through Support or concierge@jaguarturkey.com. We may ask for proportionate verification before acting on an account request.
