The picture and the record
Your screen presents a result held by the server. A connection problem may interrupt an animation after the round has already been recorded. That does not make the result disappear.
Every spin carries a unique request identifier. Retrying that identifier retrieves the recorded outcome rather than charging for a new round.
Use Retry first
Keep the game open and use its Retry action. Avoid rapidly refreshing or opening new play tabs while a round is unresolved. For a choice feature, return to the game with the pending choice.
If the session has ended, sign in again and inspect your credit activity. A recorded account balance persists even if the view was interrupted. Guest visits remain temporary.
Ask for a closer look
Contact the concierge with the game title, approximate time, what you saw and any available round reference. Do not send your password.
Your credit activity can help identify the recorded cost and award. A repeated animation or a delayed header does not by itself mean the credits were applied twice.
