Decide before opening a game
Choose a time to stop before you start. A session reminder can help you notice the time passing, but it does not force you to continue or replace your own decision.
Keep room for sleep, work, meals and other people. Even a free activity can take more time or attention than intended.
Use the controls
Player Care offers reminders and account breaks. A registered account can take a break of 1, 7, 30 or 90 days. The break starts immediately, signs you out and cannot be ended early.
Guest visitors can end the visit at any time. Avoid opening new guest visits to work around a personal decision to pause.
When enjoyment changes
Feeling unable to stop, hiding how much time you spend or becoming distressed about results are reasons to step away. You do not owe the reels another round.
